TOWN CREEK -- The funeral for Lela Bell Green, 87, will be at 2 p.m. today at Elliott Funeral Home chapel, Moulton, with the Revs. Bob Sims and Edwin Marston officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Town Creek, with Elliott Funeral Home directing.
She died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 1987, at her residence.
She was a native of Lawrence County and a member of Bethony Baptist Church.
Survivors include sons, Clifton Green, Clarksville, Tenn., Elbert Green, Hillsboro; daughters, Lassie Odell, Town Creek, Jewel Kuzmick, Youngstown, Ohio; brothers, Russell Terry, Decatur, Donald Terry, Tuscaloosa; sisters, Tiny Letson, Lois Gibson, both of Decatur, Letha White, Birmingham; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Bearers will be great-grandsons.
