Mrs. Keith, age 58, suddenly succumbed to a heart attack at her home in Miami, Florida, at 9:30 p.m. Thursday.
A native of Warren County, Mrs. Keith was the widow of J. B. Keith who preceded her in death in 1963.
Mrs. Keith was a daughter of the late Robert and Melissa (Woods) Tenpenny.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mar Peeks and Mrs. Betty Downs, Miami; a brother, L. L. Tenpenny, Morrison, and one granddaughter.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 p.m. Monday at High's Chapel with interment following in Gardens of Memory. Bro. E. D. Martin conducted the final rites.
