The Kansas City Times (MO) – Page 28 – Monday, March 8, 1982:
Mrs. Mary L. Taylor, 51, of 3403 E. 107th Terrace, died Friday at St. Joseph Hospital. She was born in Butte, Mont., and had lived in this area 40 years. Mrs. Taylor was a clerk for the Internal Revenue Service. She was a member of St. Catherine's Catholic Church.
She leaves her husband, Marvin L. Taylor, a son, Kevan Charles Taylor, and two daughters, Miss Margaret M. Taylor and Ruth Ann Taylor, all of the home; four brothers, Glennon A. Kennedy, Jr., Gaithersburg, Md., and Thomas J. Kennedy, John M. Kennedy and Patrick A. Kennedy of Independence; and her mother, Mrs. Margaret Kennedy, Independence.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church; burial in National Cemetery, Fort Leavenworth. The rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. today at the McGilley Midtown Chapel, where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. The family suggests contributions to the Epilepsy Foundation.
