|Birth: ||Sep. 3, 1890|
|Death: ||Jan. 12, 1956|
Daughter of James L. Lemons(born in Arkansas) and Joyce Jane Linscomb (born in Arkansas).
Amelia Elizabeth Lemons was married to Lewis Stanley Ratcliff and had a number of children by him before she married William Thomas Taylor Sr. Below is a list of the ones I know of in no particular order.
Lillian Ratcliff born 1902.
Lizzie Ratcliff born 1904.
Vaughn (Von) Ratcliff
James Marcus Ratcliff married 1. Lou Nell and 2. Doris
Burnice Ratcliff born 1919.
There are children by both W.T.Taylor and a previous spouse and Amelia Elizabeth Lemons to Lewis S. Ratcliff. So this is a family of His children, her children, and their children. Can be very confusing at times.
Amelia Elizabeth married W.T. Taylor Senior and had the following children.
Wilma Merle Taylor who married Ellis Robert Donohoe.
William Thomas Taylor married Sylvia Louvine Isbell.
Richard Lafayette Taylor married 1. Dottie Jean Adkins and 2nd. Ruth E. Riddle.
William Thomas Taylor and a previous wife had:
Oco Taylor 1903 married to Mammie Ellen Owen.
Russell Taylor 1899, married to Irma Hannah Bacon.
Lillie Frances Taylor 1911, married 1. Noble Cook 2 William Floyd Green.
Buelah B Taylor who died in infancy.
Somewhere in this mix is a sister Willie Belle Taylor. I do not know how or where she fits into this family. What I do know is that dad (W.T Taylor Jr. and myself Marian Taylor) went to visit her in the Whitewright or Bailey community when I was a small child.
