Frances was married April 14, 1942, in Canton, Mo., to Lloyd M. Taylor. Mrs. Taylor was a lifelong resident of Keokuk. She was a member of the First Baptist Church since 1936 where she had helped with many mother/daughter banquets and taught Sunday school for 40 years. At the church she was a member of the American Baptist Women's Society, KYB Sunday school class, Ida Mae Sweeney Circle, BEF leader, & FBC Music Committee. She was a former Girl Scout leader, lifetime Parent Teacher Association member and a member of the Friendly House Mother's Club.
