Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Siloam Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Smithart and Rev. Louis Moffett officiating.
Burial was in the Siloam Cemetery.
He was a veteran of World War I and a retired farmer.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Birtie [sic Bertie] Taylor of Dodson; one son, Neil Taylor of Dodson, one daughter, Mrs. Alice Moore of Dodson; four sisters, Mrs. Daisy Fallin of Simsboro, Mrs. Minnie Lou Lann of Ruston, Mrs. Ethel Waller of San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. Vera Logan of Harrison, Ark.; two brothers, Mrs. Clyde Taylor of Ruston and Archie Taylor of Laurel, Miss.; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
