He was the son of Charles N. Taylor, Sr. and Elizabeth (Betty) Taylor Glenn.
Charles, known as "Chuck" was a very special loving father, husband, brother, son and grandfather. He will be sadly missed by all.
Surviving to cherish his memory are wife of 37 years, Debbie, of Elliston; son, Timothy and wife, Becca; their children, Samantha, Abby, Josh and Chey; daughter, Jeanette and husband, Steve; their children, Briana, Dustin, Catherine and Amelia; mother and father, Elizabeth and George Glenn, of Chestertown, Md.; and sisters, Linda C. Helms, of Cambridge, Md., and Kathryn Higgins, of Chester Harbor, Md.
Services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, August 1, 2008, at Oakey's North Chapel. Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at Oakey's North
Chapel in Roanoke on Thursday, July 31, 2008, from 6 to 8 p.m.
