Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at First German Evangelical
Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. N. W. Kock will officiate and burial will
be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Tills, the former Elsie Baruth, was born July 1, 1889, in the Town of
Manitowoc Rapids, daughter of the late Henry and Fredericka Raether Baruth, and
was married to Mr. Tills June 3, 1911, at Manitowoc. The couple marked its
golden wedding in 1961. She was a member of the Ladies Aid Society.
Survivors include the husband, a son, Elmer, a sister, Mrs. Bertha Mueller, and
a brother, George, of Manitowoc. A son, a brother and a sister preceded her in
death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Ninth Street entrance,
Manitowoc, after 2:30 p.m. Friday until Saturday noon and at the church until
time of service.
