Mrs. Amanda Tills, 85, of 1341 N. Ninth St., Manitowoc, died Saturday evening in Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. John United Church of Christ, Manitowoc. The Rev. Gerald Schrankler will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Tills, nee Amanda Petri, was born Dec. 5, 1891, in Two Rivers, daughter of the late John and Charlotte Althen Petri. She attended St. John Parochial School and was married to George Tills Feb. 22, 1919, in Ludington, Mich. He preceded her in death April 29, 1969. She was a member of Women's Guild of the church.
Survivors include three sons, Paul of Milwaukee, Wilbur of Fond du Lac and Donald of Manitowoc; a brother, Paul Petri of Loomis, Wis., six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Friends may call in Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers, from 6 to 9 o'clock this Monday evening and at the church after 10 a.m. Tuesday. Memorials may be made to St. John United Church of Christ.
