CLARA THOKE IS DEAD AT SANITORIUM
Mrs. Clara Thoke, daughter of Herman Thoke, 1805 South Tenth street, died at
the Maple Crest sanitorium at Whitelaw yesterday afternoon after an illness
of some months. The body has been brought to this city and the funeral will
be held Saturday afternoon from the home. Burial will be made at Evergreen.
Deceased was born in this city September 26, 1898 and has always made her home
here. She attended the local schools and graduated from the Manitowoc High
school with the class of 1917. She is survived by her father, five brothers,
Herman of Madison, Rudolph of LaGrange, Ill., William of Tacoma, Wash., Robert
and Gustave of this city and one sister, Mrs. Ernst Krause of Milwaukee.
