RALPH C. TECH

Ralph C. Tech, age 85, of 857 N. 12th St., died Monday morning, March 9, 2009,
at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center.
Ralph was born Dec. 10, 1923, in Manitowoc, son of the late Herbert and Elsa
(Owart) Tech. He graduated from Lincoln High School, Manitowoc, with the class
of 1942. Ralph was a World War II Army veteran, serving from March of 1943 until
November of 1945, in the European-African-Middle Eastern Theatre. He worked for
47 years at the Manitowoc Tinsel Factory, retiring in 1989. Ralph married Darlene
Novak in Manitowoc on April 25, 1986, at St. John's United Church of Christ in
Manitowoc. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cribbage.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister and brother-in-law: Jean
(Marvin) Korlesky.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2009, at Evergreen
Cemetery. Military graveside services will be accorded by American Legion Drews-
Bleser Post 88 of Manitowoc.
Relatives and friends may gather at the North 18th Street entrance to Evergreen
Cemetery at 1:50 p.m. for a procession to the grave site.
The Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory of Manitowoc is serving the family.
