Linnie was born April 25, 1926 in Malvern, AR to Ephriam and Tabitha (Ross) Swayze. Linnie was an avid gardener and loved to grow flowers. She loved to quilt, cook, and go to estate sales. Linnie loved spending time with family and friends. She also loved her church family at Emmanuel Baptist Church and she loved the Lord.
Linnie is predeceased by her parents; her husband of 67 years, Daniel Buie; one son who was a Marine Vietnam Veteran, Daniel Franklin Buie; four sisters; and four brothers.
