Born Feb. 12, 1904, in Landisburg, Perry County, she was the daughter of the Late William henry and Maude S. (Morrison) Swartz. Her husband, George C. Conn, died Jan. 26, 1979.
Surviving are; children, William G. Conn, Mifflintown HC 63, and Anna M. Spletzer, Fort Walton Beach, Fla; three grandsons and three great granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers.
She was a homemaker and worked as a salesperson at the Famous Dress Shop, Lewistown and as a cook at Beasom's Restaurant, Mifflintown.
She was a member of the Aldersgate united Methodist Church, Mifflintown, the Mifflintown American Legion Auxiliary, and the Mifflintown VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Guss Funeral Home, 20 S. Third St, Mifflintown, with the Rev. Douglas Compton officiating. Interment will be in Westminster Presbyterian Cemetery, Mifflintown.
There will be no public viewing, but family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the services Monday at the funeral home.
