Funeral services for Marjorie A. Swarm, 80, of Glen Ellyn since 1965, formerly of the South Bend, Ind., area, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, at The Leonard Memorial Home, Ltd., 565 Duane, Glen Ellyn. The Rev. Dr. Robert Lesher will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home. Born May 31, 1924, in South Bend, she died Monday, Oct. 4, 2004, at Wynscape Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Wheaton. Interment will be private in Forest Hill Cemetery, Glen Ellyn. Marjorie was a seamstress who enjoyed teaching the art of millinery. She was also an animal activist. Survivors include her beloved husband, Walter J. Swarm of Glen Ellyn; her loving children, Kathie (Gary) Fodor of Cumming, Ga. and Judith A. Swarm of Winfield; and her dear grandchildren, Lindsey and Whitney.
