James A. Sutzer, 90, of Springfield died Sunday at St. John's Hospital. He was born Aug. 19, 1904, in Central City, Ky., the son of John J. and Racehl Ann Boarman Sutzer. He married Lena Pfeifer in 1932. Mr. Sutzer was a resident of Springfield most of his life. He had been employed by the International Shoe Co. as a sander and also by the secretary of state's office licensing division. He was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Church. Survivors: wife, Lena; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Services: Funeral Mass, 11 a.m. Wednesday, St. Frances Cabrini Church, the Rev. David Schauer officiating. Burial: Calvary Cemetery. Staab Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
