Elsa K. Bath, 101 a resident of the Shook Home, Chambersburg, died at 8:55 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, in the home after a brief illness.
Born Aug. 13, 1901, in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late John Henry and Sophia Wilzbacher Sulzer.
She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Chambersburg, where she taught and was a member of the Council of Catholic Women.
She volunteered for Project Head Start and was a member of AARP 2840.
Her husband, Albert J. Bath, died Nov. 12, 1998.
Surviving are a daughter, Marjorie Dillon of West Chester; a son, James A. Bath of Bowie, Md.; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 320 Philadelphia Ave. The Rev. Father James R. O'Brien will be celebrant. Burial will be in Corpus Christi Cemetery.
There will be no viewing.
Memorials may be made to Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 320 Philadelphia Ave., or to the Shook Home, 55 S. Second St. both Chambersburg.
Arrangements are by Robert G. Sellers Funeral Home Inc., Chambersburg.
