For 20 years she was a custodian for Springfield School District 186. Surviving are one daughter, Sandra Black of Pleasant Plains; one son, David Lee Ward of Las Cruces, N.M.; four grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Anna Mae Usher of Springfield; one brother, James Frances Sullivan of Springfield; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home, with the Rev. LaRue DeFrates officiating. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
