Survived by three sons: Frank and James J. (Joe) Sullivan, both of Jacksonville, Walter Sullivan of Quincy, and William Lee Sullivan of Mendenhall, Miss.; one daughter, Mrs. R. B. McConnell of Quincy; one foster daughter, Mrs. Delbert Hayes of Jacksonville; a brother, John Shay of Jacksonville; and eight grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren.
Preceded by her husband, and three children that died in infancy.
