Jack Allan Sullivan, 47, of Fountaintown died Sunday, Aug. 17, 2008, at his home.

Born June 12, 1961, in Rushville, he was the son of Harold and Ruth Ann (Shepherd) Sullivan.

Survivors include his parents of Fountaintown; daughters, Jerrica Prather and Tiffany Prather, both of Fort Myers, Fla.; son, Mathew Prather of Fort Myers; sisters, Trina Smothers of Shelbyville and June Gibson of Tennessee; several nieces; and several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Harold Lee Sullivan; grandparents, Lester and Mollie Shepherd, Dan Sullivan and Gertrude Sullivan; and several aunts and uncles.

Mr. Sullivan was the superintendent of grounds for Marion County Fairgrounds for 17 years.

He enjoyed restoring antique automobiles.

No visitation will be observed.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St., with Jerry Holdman officiating.

Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
