Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Horn, 78, were held at Mt. Zion Methodist church at 2 p.m. Friday, April 20, with the Rev. Mrs. Lula Wardlow officiating. Interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Mrs. Horn, who had been in failing health for many years, died at the home of her son, Richard Horn, near Montgomery, on Thursday, April 19. She had lived in and near the Wheeling Community for a number of years. She was a member of Union Hill Baptist Church.

Surviving are three sons, Paul, Richard, and Dan Horn, all of Montgomery; one daughter, Mrs. E. Ballard of Shreveport; 19 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Mack McGinty, R. B. Horn, Ben Horn, Curtis Davison, Elbert Stroud, and Marvin Jowers.
