Lucille Alexander, 90, of Festus, formerly of Desloge, died Feb. 3, 1995, at Jefferson County Memorial Hospital.

She was born on Jan. 31, 1905, at Desloge to the late Andrew and Marsolette Thomure Strickland.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Alexander, and one son, Carl Alexander.

She is survived by two sons: Robert Alexander of Lake Timberline and Vernon Alexander of Crystal City; two daughters, Juanita (Mrs. John) Morgan of Centralia, Ill, and Sandra (Mrs. Rex) Dye of Festus; 16 grandchildren; 16 grandchildren; several great and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Alexander will be in state at 6:30 Friday evening at the Caldwell Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held today at 2:30 p.m. at the Caldwell Funeral Home in Park Hills.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Caldwell Chapel with the Rev. Don Bahr officiating.

Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery.
