She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Ballas (d 11/1982 age 80); two sisters; and four brothers.
Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Gross, and her husband Edward, of Murrieta, Calif.; two grandchildren, Steve Gross and Elaine Alfieri; a brother, John Strauss and his wife Marie, of Sydney, Australia; and two great-granddaughters.
Burial will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
