Mr. Stonecipher was born Oct. 23, 1909 in Turkey, Arkansas, and died on April 16, 1980 in Taft. He had lived in Taft for the past eight years. He was a Veteran of World War II.
Survivors include one daughter, two brothers, a sister, and three grandchildren.
The reverend of the Nazarene Church officiated and arrangements were handled by Taft Funeral Home.
