Glenn Arnold Stines lived in the Kansas City area until moving to Emporia where he lived 25 years. He returned to Kansas City in August of 1995. He had worked for Santa Fe Railroad for 38 years, retiring in November of 1983. Glenn was a Navy veteran of World War II.
He was an active member of the Masonic Lodge in Kansas City and Emporia, and was District Deputy Grand Master of Emporia Lodge 12. He was also a member of York Rite Bodies of Emporia and the Scottish Rite of Topeka. His favorite hobbies were bowling and playing softball.
