Jim served his country for 20 years and served in the Vietnam War, He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. After his retirement his hobbies included camping, hunting and fishing.
A funeral service will be held Friday, February 21, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren chapel, the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Friday, from 12 noon – 1 p.m.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Chilton James and Anna Blanche Josselyn Stice.
Surviving are his wife of 46 years Sonthaya "Sunny" Stice ; daughter, Patty Russell and husband Robert; son, Jesse Stice and wife Lauren; brother, Edward Stice and wife Shryleen; grandchildren, Tyler and Hayden Stice, Kara Grisham and husband Derrek, Tenton and Kayli Russell; great grandchildren, Kayden, Ainsley and Jaxson Grisham; nieces, Heather Balsley and Kellie Young.
