Mrs. David Brown, 83 years old, died Monday morning at 2 p.m. at the home of her daughter, near Scopus. She had been in poor health for some time.
She is survived by the following children; Mrs. Robert Mungle of Scopus; Mrs. Ada Salyers, of Parma; Mrs. Ida Hawn, Burfordville; Johnny Brown, Thommy Brown and Asa Brown of Scopus and Lee Brown of Malden.
A sister, Mrs. William Strong of Lutesville, succumbed last Wednesday, October 6, at 7 p.m.
Funeral services were held at Mt. Zion Church near Scopus on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
