Eva Irene Stevens, 85, Springfield, died Tuesday, July 4, 2006, in Springfield. She was born Jan. 17, 1921, in Marshfield, Mo. Eva was a member of Community Baptist Church in Willard. She was preceded in death by her husband James, daughter Norma, son Jay, two brothers and six sisters. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Larry and Sandy Stevens, Linda and Randy Jones, and Mary Berg. Also surviving her are 14 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, two great-greatgrandchildren sister-in-law Winifred Porter and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside services are 1 p.m. Friday, July 7 in Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home
