Although an invalid for the past three years, Mr. Sterner conducted a watch and radio repair shop at the home of his parents until three years ago. He was a member of the Black Rock Church of the Brethren.
He is survived by his parents, three brothers, Paul L. Sterner of Loganville; Stewart W. Sterner of Myerstown, Pa.; Noah L. Sterner at home; two sisters, Mary J. Sweitzer of Glen Rock and Mabel V. Sterner, at home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday (May 15th, 1949) at the home of his parents, with concluding rites at the Black Rock Church of the Brethren. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. Funeral Director H. C. Geiple, Glen Rock, will have charge of the arrangements.
