HANNIBAL - Mabel Billings, 99, of Florissant and formerly of Hannibal, died at 6 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2002, at Northgate Park Nursing Home in Florissant.Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday. Oct. 25, at Grand View Burial Park in Hannibal. The Rev. Tim Goodman will officiate.No visitation is planned.The Grand View Funeral Home in Hannibal is in charge of arrangements.Mrs. Billings was born March 30, 1903, in Springfield, Mo., to James Maynard and Gertrude Terrill Stephenson.She was married to Carson Billings on June 6, 1925. He preceded her in death Aug. 28, 1984.She was the last of eight children, three brothers and four sisters.Mrs. Billings was a Christian by faith.Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
