Margaret E. Lachmann
PARK CITY - Margaret E. Lachmann, 73, of Park City, died Friday, May 27, 1994, at Lake Forest Hospital in Lake Forest.
She was born Aug. 11, 1920, in Chicago, the daughter of Peter and Elizabeth Exner Steigerwald. She married John W. Lachmann on Sept. 21, 1940, in Chicago, and he died April 30, 1992.
She was a supervisor for Auto Point, presently Papermate, in LaGrange for 40 years, retiring in 1983.
She is survived by three daughters, Marilynn (William) Mathison of Richmond, Laura Foust of McHenry and Susan (Daniel) Dorning of Spring
Grove; five grandchildren, {names withheld for privacy}; a great-grandson, {name withheld for privacy}; and two sisters, Anna Kowalski and Meida (Terry) Pierce, both of Spring Grove.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Reetz.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 30, at Ehorn-Adams Funeral Home in Richmond. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, at the funeral home, the Rev. Terry Dufur officiating. Interment will be in Richmond Cemetery.
