DIED - DANIELS - At her home, 325 Haskell street, early Friday morning, April 24th, 1914, Mrs. John W. Daniels, aged 44 years, 5 months and 10 days.
The deceased's maiden name was Maggie E. Stegner and she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Stegner of this city. She was born on a farm in the town of Calamus on November 14th, 1869, where she received her early training and grew to womanhood. On August 26th, 1890, she was united in marriage to Mr. John W. Daniels of this city and had resided here since.
Besides her husband and five children - Charles, George, Arthur, Anna and Verna - she leaves to mourn her loss her parents and five brothers and sisters. The brothers and sisters are: George and Fred Stegner and Mrs. Herman Rosenthal of the town of Calamus, Mrs. Otto Ohrmund of the town of Randolph and Miss Ella Stegner of this city.
She was a devoted Christian, a kind mother and good neighbor of whom it may truly be said "Well done, thou good and faithful servant." She will be sincerely mourned by a large circle of friends and relatives.
The funeral was held at St. Peter's church at half past nine Monday morning with interment in St. Peter's cemetery. The pastor, Rev. Geo. J. Muenzer, officiated.
