Survivors include her husband of 36 years, James C. Bender; 5 sons, James (Deborah) Bender, Everett (Linda) Van Son, Douglas (Barbara) Van Son, Theodore (Edna) Van Son and Clifford Van Son; a daughter, Sandra (Michael) Sinclair; 18 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Dorothy Grys.
