Reverend Herman J. Foken, pastor of Church of Assumption, Muskogee, officiated. Funeral services were held in Church of Assumption at 9 a.m. Monday.
Mrs. Starr is survived by two sons, Clarence of Fort Worth, Texas, and Patrick of Bakersfield, California; four daughters, Mrs. Nora Bean of Bakersfield, California, Mrs. Addie Gibson of Fort Worth, Texas, and Lonnie Starr and Mrs. Claresia Harp, both of the home; four brothers, Neil Foley or Porum, L. W. Foley of Muskogee and Roachman and Clarence Foley, both of the home; two sisters, Mrs. M. J. O'Reilly and Mrs. S. V. Homan, both of Eufaula; 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
