Dies At Trenton
Mrs. Anna Stanturf died Sunday morning, at Wright Memorial Hospital, Trenton. Funeral services were held Wednesday morning, at the Martin and Asbell Funeral Home. The Rev. Roy Donelson officiated and burial was in the Pine Cemetery.
She was born June 28, 1882 in Lindley Twp., Mercer County, MO., to Johnathan Clark "Jock" Washburn and Ellen Masters Washburn. She lived all of her life in Mercer County. On Oct. 28, 1903, she married Thomas "Tommy" Stanturf and they moved to a farm on Tattler Ridge. They lived there for many years.
Survivors include two sons, Delbert Stanturf of Ravanna and Floyd Stanturf of Trenton; a daughter, Mrs. VeNeva Moss of Mercer, and two sisters, Mrs. Tilly Houk and Mrs. Flaud Roberts of Princeton.
Preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother, James Washburn, and three sisters, Ellie Vanderpool, Johne Washburn, and Mary Jeanette Brown.

Josie was the w/o Thomas Michael Stanturf. they married on Oct. 20, 1903 and were the parents of Delbert Oscar, Floyd and Irwin Paul. May God bless them all.|
