Owen M. Stallard, 101, of Cumberland Pointe Health Campus in West Lafayette, died at 5:05 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, at Indiana University Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette.
He was born Nov. 14, 1909 in Lafayette to the late Davis and Daisy Rohler Stallard. He married Esther Brand on Nov. 4, 1938 in Lafayette. She died March 7, 1997. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Donald Stallard.
Survivors include a niece, Carolyn R. Watson (husband: Lewis) of Pine Village; a nephew, Larry L. Shuster of Otterbein; 2 great-nieces and 2 great-nephews.
