Bonnie G. Stahl Frakes 61, Noblesville, died Sept. 23, 2004. She was born May 16, 1943. Mrs. Frakes had worked as a customer service representative 20 years for Key Bank. She was retired. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, September 27, 2004 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, Noblesville, with calling there from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, September 26, 2004.
