Mrs. Emily Stahler Howe, aged
twenty-six years, died yesterday at St. Joseph's hospital where she had been a patient only a few days. The husband, Charles E. Howe, is employed as a bookkeeper at the S.F. Bowser offices and the family home is at 536 East Taber street. Mrs. Howe was a member of the Third Presbyterian church and of Deborah lodge No. 110, Daughter of Rebeccas.
Surviving besides the husband is an infant son, also the parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Stahler, of Hillsdale, Mich. A brother and a sister, Walter and Majorie Stahler, of Hillsdale, also survive. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence, 536 East Taber street. Rev. Montgomery officiating. Interment at Lindenwood.
