MRS. PHILLIP HUSER EXPIRES
Mrs. Philip (sic) Huser, 47, of near Berne died at 12:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Adams Co. Memorial hospital, where she has been confined for several days. Death was due to a complication of diseases.
Mrs. Huser was born in French township. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Sprunger, both deceased. Mrs. Huser lived her entire life in Adams county.
Surviving, besides the husband, Phillip, are two children, Marcella and Martin, both at home. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Amos Sprunger of Alaska; Eli Sprunger, of Claire, Michigan; Henry Sprunger, of Saginaw, Mich., Lewis Sprunger of Berne; Abraham Sprunger, of Fort Wayne; Mrs. Jacob Steiner of Berne; Mrs. J. D. Winteregg, of Berne; Mrs. Peter Stauffer, of Fort Wayne, and Mrs. Thurman Sprunger of Dalton, Ohio. A step-mother and half sister, of Dalton, Ohio also survive.
A large funeral was held at the local Mennonite church Sunday afternoon at 2:00. Rev. P. R. Schroeder, officiated. Burial was made at the MRE Cemetery.
