PLYMOUTH Chester E. Chetty Spencer, Jr., 71 years, of Florida and formerly of Plymouth, July 13, 2009. Father of Scott W. Spencer of Plymouth and Cheryl A. Busch of Whitman and the late Linda Spencer and Richard Spencer; grandfather of Lindsey M. Busch of Whitman and Shea T. Spencer and Vance C. Spencer, both of Plymouth; great-grandfather of Jeiden and Shaelyn Busch of Whitman; brother of Robert Spencer, of Plymouth, James Spencer of Carver, Shirley Austin of Holbrook, Dorothy Sears of Billerica, Patricia Short, Helen Spencer and Karen Drapeau all of FL, and Virginia Finneran, all of FL. A Memorial Gathering will be held for Mr. Spencer on Saturday in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St. (Rt. 123), Brockton from 10:30-11:30 a.m. followed by a Memorial Prayer Service at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Vine Hills Cemetery, Plymouth. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Chesters name to the American Lung Association, National Headquarters, 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Suite 800, Washington, D.C. 20004.
