Services for Frances Delores Wilson Sparrow "Lil Mama" 40, of Thomasville, are at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2006, at Faith Temple Apostolic Church, 421 West Webster St., Thomasville. The Rev. Lewis Bruce will officiate, and interment will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Meigs. Pallbearers will be LeBrandon Koonce, Henry Adams, Tyron Horton, JaJuan Jackson, Lucious Sutton and Jack Shivers. Mrs. Sparrow died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2006. Born Oct. 19, 1965, in Thomas County, she was the daughter of Ann Mickens and Handy Wilson, who survive. Mrs. Sparrow, a member of Faith Temple Apostolic Church, lived in Thomasville for 40 years. She was married to Robert Lee Sparrow, who survives. Other survivors include sister Annie Mickens and brother Ephriam Leverette, both of Thomasville; nephews JaJuan Jackson and LeBrandon Kounce, both of Thomasville; nieces Kierra Shivers and Elisia Leverette, both of Thomasville; stepdaughter Shante Sparrow of Moultrie; stepson Nicholas Sparrow of Moultrie; God daughter Denise Vall of Thomasville, God mother Bobby Jean Cody, both of Thomasville; grandfather Cecil Turner of Thomasville; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Viewing will be at the funeral home Monday from 1 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., and at the church Tuesday from 1:30 p.m. until the service. The procession will assemble at 1223 Tom St., Thomasville Tuesday at 2 p.m.
