Funeral services for Mrs. William A. (Ruby A.) Sparks, 75, who died Friday in a rest home, will be Wednesday with burial in Forest Lawn. Born in Fossil, Ore., Mrs. Sparks, came here in 1941 from Anacortes. Her husband, William A., died in 1961. Surviving are two sons, Paul, Seattle, and William A. sparks, Jr., Bellevue, and two daughters, Mrs. Lonzo Caldwell, Seattle and Mrs. Kenneth Asseln, Anacortes.
