Funeral services were held at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church honoring the life of Yvonne Sonnier Broussard, 93, who died June 15, 2012 at Kaplan Healthcare Center.
She will be laid to rest at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery.
She was survived by her brother, Richard Dale Nune; sister, Rosabell Clostio, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo S. Broussard; parents, Remie Sonnier and Irene Marie Seaux Sonnier; son, Richard Dale Broussard; and brothers, Harry Sonnier, Minus Sonnier, Saul Sonnier and Raul Sonnier.
