Mary was 92 years of age when she passed at the Eastern Star Nursing Home, Louisville, Ky. She was the daughter of Peter C. and Cora Calista (Evans) Sommer. She first married Oscar H. Hochrein September 5 1931 and he died Oct 16 1965 at Clarksville, Indiana. Later, she married Herschel "Brownie" Arnold Brown October 15 1966 at Clarksville, Indiana and he passed July 26 1982 in Terre Haute, Indiana. After Brownie died, Mary moved from Terre Haute to Louisville to be near her daughter and family. She was survived by her daughter, a grandson, several great grandchildren, a great great-grandchild, two sisters, two brothers, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, a son-in-law, two sisters, a brother, a half-brother, and several nephews.
