Mrs. Sollars was born Nov. 18, 1934, in Cameron, Mo. She was two-time president of the East Texas Embroidery Guild, two-time president of Azalea Garden Club, Girl Scout leader, Texas Master Gardener, delivered Meals on Wheels and a graduate of Tyler Junior College. Ann was an excellent chef and loved to travel, getting to know the people from different parts of the country and the world.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Jim Sollars, Tyler; brother, Robert Porter, Missouri City; daughters, Devonee Sollars, Tyler, and Valerie Tribon, Carrollton; son, Jeff Sollars, McKinney; and grandchildren, Jacob Tribon, Maddi Tribon and Nate Tribon.
