Bonnie Mae Snow Bushman, age 79, of Provo, died November 9, 2005, at Orem Nursing and Rehab care facility.
She was born June 9, 1926, in Castle Gate, Utah, to Arnold W. and Bessie Robertson Snow.
She married Melvin Suel Bushman on November 22, 1950, in the Manti LDS Temple.
She was an active member of the LDS Church and served in the Spanish American Mission, Western States, 1947-1949.
She served in many church callings, including Primary and Relief Society Presidencies, Primary and Relief Society teachers and the Stake Primary Presidency, with very special friends.
She served many years in the PTA, as president at Joaquin Elementary School and Provo City PTA.
Her favorite things were making chocolates for Christmas, crocheting, reading, making quilts, and serving others.
She was a very special "Nana" to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved being with them.
She is survived by one son and two daughters: Stephen M. (Cindy) Bushman, of Provo, UT; Melanie (Cory) Loveless, of Ft. Bridger, WY; and Melissa (John) Mitchell, of Provo, UT; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and her sister, Arnolene (Norm) Anderson, of Provo, UT.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 14, 2005, at 11 a.m., at the Grandview 17th Ward Chapel, 1122 N. Grand Ave, Provo.
Friends and family may call Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Berg Mortuary of Provo, 185 E. Center Street, as well as Monday morning, at the church, one hour prior to services.
Interment, East Lawn Memorial Hills.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to the nurses and doctors at UVRMC, Orem Nursing and Rehab, and Alpine Hospice for the loving care that she received there.
