Obituary - Lena Snow Villarreal passed away on July 16, 2004 in West Valley City at the age of 68. Lena has been having difficulties with COPD the last year.

Lena was born on July 18, 1936 in Teasdale, Utah to Charles Clyde and Janetta Rymer Snow. She lived in Teasdale and Grover, Utah until 1942. The family later settled in the Rose Park area.

Lena went to school at Onequa and one year at West High School, and later graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in California in 1955.

Married Filiberto "Phil" Villarreal, in 1955; later divorced. Lena worked for and retired from US West in 1998.

Lena was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as secretary of Sunday School and Relief Society teacher.

She was a loving and caring mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, aunt and the best and most loved sister-in-law in the whole world. Lena is survived by her mother; brothers, Marlin Snow of Surprise, AZ; and La Vern Snow of Salt Lake City, UT; sons, Anthony Kay Villarreal and Steven Troy Villarreal; grandchildren, Brennan Derrick and Lhea Elizabeth Villarreal. Preceded in death by her father in 1991.
