Janet Ruth (Smith) Chance, 58, Greensburg, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at her residence in Greensburg.
Born February 7, 1955 in Portland, Oregon, she was the daughter of Alford T. Smith and Ruby E. (Montgomery) Bruneau.
Janet was a 1973 graduate of Greensburg High School.
She was married to Tim Chance May 30, 1998.
She is survived by three sisters, Judy Brashars, Greensburg, Barbara (Al) Katausky, Reno, Nevada, Wilma (Al) Latham, Yuma, Az.; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Lois Burns.
Visitation will be from 9-11:00 a.m. Friday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 7, 2013 at the funeral home with Rev. Easton Poling officiating.
Interment will be held in the East Hill Cemetery in Rushville, Indiana.
