DEATH OF MRS. ARMSTRONG
Mrs. Mary L. Armstrong, who has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. David
McKowen on N. Milligan Street for a number of years, passed away yesterday morning at 11:00. Mrs. Armstrong was born in Illinois on September 30, 1845 and has been a resident of the Winfield area for 25 years. She was a member of the
First Methodist Church.
The funeral services were held this afternoon from the residence in charge of Rev. H. E. Wall. Internment was made in the Tisdale cemetery.
A quartet composed of Mrs. Claude Martin, Mrs. Thomas Binniak, Claire Hester and Ernest Hodge sang two selections accompanied by Miss Winnie Heripk at the piano.
