She was born June 18, 1921, in Iola, KS, the daughter of Archie L. and Orpha A. (Marvin) Smith.
She was graduated from Iola High School in 1939.
She was married to Harold Lundine in the chapel of the 127th Field Artillery at Camp Joseph T. Robinson in Little Rock, AR, on Aug. 2, 1941.
Her husband survives, as do a daughter, Becky Walker of Iola, KS, a brother, Altie Smith of Iola, KS, two grandchildren, Thad and Tyler Lundine, and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Leon; a grandson, Lance Lundine; and a brother, Archie R. Smith.
Burial will be Dec. 28, 2006 at Highland Cemetery, Iola, Kansas.
