Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2012, 12:00 noon at Crossroads Church, 2564 Sharpsburg-McCollum Road, Newnan. Eulogist, Reverend Clarence Thrower. Instate viewing will begin at 10:30 a.m
Interment: Forest Lawn Memorial Park 656 Roscoe Road, Newnan
Viewing will be Tuesday, April 3, 2012 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Mary Helen Arnold was born Friday, February 24, 1950 to the union of the late Mr. Willie "Tang" Smith and Mrs. Ruby Elliott.
Mary was a life-long member of the Mount Olive United Methodist Church. She had a strong love for her church. There she served as chairperson of the PPR Committee, member of the United Methodist Women and participated in various other church activities. Mary was faithful in her duties at Mount Olive until her illness.
Mary received her elementary education at Westside Elementary School which was located in Newnan, Georgia and her high school education at Central High School which was also located in Newnan, Georgia.
Mary was employed with Owens Corning Fiberglass, Inc. ~ Fairburn, Georgia from October 13, 1972 until she retired on November 1, 2011. She was also the co-owner of CMW Lawn Service which was established by her and her husband, Calvin.
Mary had a divine love for her family. She enjoyed spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, mother, siblings, nieces, nephews and extended family members. Mary also had an avid love for fishing.
On Saturday, April 30, 1983, Mary was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Calvin Arnold. This union was blessed with four children.
On Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at the age of sixty-two and after an extended illness, Mary's earthly journey ended. She fulfilled her journey God had assigned her. It was time for her to move on and be with the Lord. Mary's presence here on earth will be greatly missed.
